Which makes sense because it used to be student housing and while I am a Sacramento student I definitely didn’t want to live in like a student housing situation. This provides the best of both worlds it’s not all students. It’s super close to the buses that go by sac state and they have a study room on the premises but it’s a mix of families and young professionals as well as students. The on-site staff is super attentive and welcoming shout out to CeAnn for being so on top of the moving process. I needed to move in ASAP and she really made it happen. The whole team did I’ve only been here for a couple weeks but so far so good
